I dont really udnerstand Warrens motive with some of these fights he must be making Burns a bit of money but I dont see any of these fights as big moneyspinners for Warren. :think

****s sake. Is Warren seriously going to just milk this guy on shitty pointless defences?

Go damn unify like the other title holders in the UK are trying to do.

Is Burns interested in respect? I realise he can only fight who Warren puts in front of him, but it would be a big surprise if he's not extremely frustrated by this constant line of cabbies, bums and has beens.

Well, at least he's better than that useless clown he fought last time.

Cook hasn't earned this fight though, that's what is annoying. Why not fight linear British champion Gary Buckland, at least he's got some form.

Warren is obviously trying to keep the title in house, but this is the third domestic level defence for Burns in a row, and it's unacceptable.

You should familiarise yourself with the works of Frank Warren.

dont think it was an eliminator, it was only 6 rounds.

standard warren boxing organisation nonsense. ricky burns's defences are really, really bad

This isnt a big fight though. Its **** and even if he fought another Champion in his weight class that no one had heard of he would at least be able to unify.

Fana has been stripped of the IBF title and Warren won't get the two Japanese WBC & WBA title holders over.

Foster Jnr lost badly in his last fight, other than a rematch against Martinez or a move up in weight what else is there? Appleby? No chance as he is now trained by Billy Nelson.

they guy waited a year for his crack at the title, he won it.

don't know why he's getting grief, its been common knowledge that Cook would be his next opponent.
