Ricky Burns vs Ray Beltran will be a fight be a great fight, who you got and why?

I'm very surprised this fight isn't talked about much,because beltran is as tough as they come and will push burns to the limit. Beltran is one of my fav 135lb fighters to watch,because he's relentles,heart of a lion and i give hima great chance to pull out a victory over burns.
