It shouldn't, if reports from the Burns camp about 10pm UK (4pm EST) ring walks prove true.

Stieglitz vs. Abraham III will start no earlier than 5pm EST, when it will be shown live on ESPN3.com in the US.

 

...because he doesn't have a lot of political clout in the boxing world, and because Troyanovsky has money behind him along with his WBA #4 ranking.

Troyanovsky isn't very good, and should get schooled, but his pull and home turf could make this risky for Abril unless he gets a KO (which he isn't known for, and might be a difficult assignment here...although I have always believed Troyanovsky will get KTFO when he faces a near world-class puncher...)

 

Anthony Ogogo vs. Greg O'Neill, 6 rounds @ middleweight

 

Round 1

Ogogo is ducking in jabbing into O'Neill's chin and then raising both forearms parallel, elbows at his pecs, pressing into O'Neill. Jabs high on the chest and right uppercuts on the belt line by Ogogo, dancing in and out. Nice left rip downstairs by Ogogo. O'Neill is squatting in, feinting, not throwing, clinching when Ogogo jabs and forearm-rams his way inside. O'Neill is stepping left and trying to find an angle to get his jab on Ogogo, but Ogogo is rapidly turning and beating him to the punch, scoring his jab past O'Neill's.

Round 2

O'Neill is stepping back, bending his knees and staying loose, reaching halfway in with left hook feints but pulling them. Jabs into the tucked elbows by O'Neill. Ogogo is darting in and out with the high guard, making O'Neill take bait and flurry into his forearms and then countering with straight rights between the gloves and uppercut volleys on the belt line from medium range. Big combo by Ogogo in the waning moments, tearing up O'Neill's body and ducking to make him lunge and miss with a high left hook.
