I have been concerned about Crawford's defense since long before most casuals ever heard of him. (he was appearing on TV long before his debut on HBO...)

If he stays composed he can make Burns miss and counter him to rack up points or even inflict damage. HOWEVER, if he lapses in concentration or gets off to a nice start but loses perspective and gets arrogant (saw it way too many times in his early career, where he drifted lazily, almost bored, and fought down to his opponent's level...) then he could give the Rickster an opening. One good salvo on the chin and Crawford might end up in a strange new situation (being in real danger for the first time in the ring)...with a hostile crowd yelling for blood and with Burns smelling it and relentlessly looking to draw it.

ah was asking because i always pay really close attention to the weigh-in before making a bet.......

i remember my last bet on ruslan.....alvarado looked like he just spent 8 weeks in concentration camp, not training camp

Crawford trying the verbals and Burns just laughing it off, only time I've seen Ricky get legitimately angry is when manchester madman Michael Gomez tried to start a brawl with him (like he did with basically everyone) and Ricky held his own
