Katsidis is shot to ****. Broner was way inexperienced when he fought Ponce De Leon. believe he was 21 and could have clearly beaten De Leon if he wasn't so tentative. I wouldn't pick Broner to beat Rios or Gamboa but I have to take him to beat Ricky Burns.

I honestly don't think he would do the Job burns did.

How can you say that? has he faced anyone nearly as good as him?

People are getting caught up with Broner in my opinion. He's not looked superb when I've seen him, and lets not forget the Super-Feather division is not particularly strong.

He's clearly got fast hands but he is yet to fully convince me.

He was 21, He is 22 now right?

Mentally, Physically and any other word you want to use what ends in ally there is not much of a difference.

Katsidis is shot to ****? He has only lost to class fighters, there was a reason Burns made me alot of money against him, no one expected him to win. Can't judge him being shot intill at least his next fight.

I'd take Rios, Gamboa and Burns all over him, I wouldn't bet on him to win a PDL rematch either, the cocky attitude and boxing dwarfs have you all far too excited.

Apparently he was **** enough for Ricky Burns to drop his strap and run from the Problem.

Yeah, Burns vacated his belt and moved up when this match was all set to go so...it doesn't look very good on him to say he'd take Broner. I think Broner should move up sooner than later while he still has the chance to boost his resume with the guys there.

The match was never set.:nonoRicky knew long before Broner that the weight was a problem. They waited for the WBO to give them a worthwhile fight and when they won the interim at LW,they tried to force a fight with JMM(big fan of both, but wouldn't like to see Ricky in with JMM)
For the umpteenth time,Ricky knew Broner would be his toughest fight. Why the **** would he go in against a superstar in the making when he's gonna be drained? :think
If Ricky ducks Broner at LW,then I won't have an argument, but I know for a fact it ain't happened yet.
For the record,I think Broner beats Ricky on points.Ricky has come a long, long way but whilst he's an excellent fighter,Broner could be a great.

Pickem fight really, Broner is pretty overated at the moment, picking on smaller guys than yourself really doesnt do much for me, Broner's last fight was plain silly and i cannot take him seriously until he takes on a worthwhile challenge. Fighting a weight drained Burns would not count as a challenge, taking on 135lb Burns would prove a challenge because for the 1st time he'd be facing someone just as big, strong as himself who can actually apply certain skills that could really trouble him. People point towards Burns lack of power but fighters such as Katsidis and Martinez failed to walk through his shots so im not really sure if the power thing is such an issue, Burns is accurate and quick and would prove more than a worthy foe for Broner at this stage.

I can see burns going up to 140, after all he is 5,10, hope he won't have 'Ducked Broner' again.

Exactly, he wouldn't be shot at all, he would have been a world beater that night

50/50 fight i'd edge towards burns, based on the fact he's been in with better fighters and he's naturally the bigger man.

After Britains horrendous year in boxing, its no wonder some are resorting to hyping Ricky ****ing Burns. Whats next Cleverly beats Hopkins lol?
