Absolutely, who has Broner beaten as good as Katsidis and Mitchell? Nobody really. He's made a name for himself beating up guys he outweighs significantly (Escobedo) and recovering cocaine addicts (Perez). Broner is not Money May, and would find himself on the end of Ricky's jab all night.

Unfortunately, when Ricky dismantles him the Americans will say 'Broner was all hype anyway', 'Burns ducked a prime Mayweather' and so on.

 

Broner would never lose to Alex Arthur or Carl Johanneson lol.

Ive seen him fight. BUt a boxer is ncompassed by their career. not just the good moments. Broner is much better than Burns. And much younger with much more left to accomplish.

You've seen him fight once? Twice at the most? Highlights on youtube? If so, you'd know how much he's improved since those losses, which shows in the opposition he's been dominating. Broner has beaten who exactly? Burns is a big LW, at least as big as Broner. He has very good boxing skills and a long reach, if he keeps Broner on the outside he can win a decision. Broner is good, but he's done nothing to warrant the hype
