I'd actually like to see Burns in with someone who is GENUINELY world class, because right now, he's faced a load of duds. Really, his best freakin' win is Kevin Mitchell. No disrespect, but Mitchell is not world class. I'd favor any of the top 5/10 in the 140 pound division over him.
Don't like scottish people in general but I do like Ricky Burns just think Lightweight is his limit and don't think he is good enough to beat those names. Burns is a 7/10 at everything and you need more than that to beat Garcia, Matthysse etc Maybe he could beat Khan because I think Khan is done at world level.
Well you asked me the question and seemed quite happy about the fact i didnt like scottish people. i don't judge anyone based on them purley being scottish. just that I have met allot of scottish people, seen allot in the media, speak to allot on here. most of them and it turns out i don't like for various reason. i do like some scots. Alba on here and a few others. Ewan McGregor, Ricky Burns, Sean Connery. probs a few more out there I can't think off. I don't really think thats xenophobic. just happens to be allot of scottish people i dont like.
Na neither happy nor unhappy with who you like. Just it's often very clear in your posts so seemed appropriate when commenting in a thread about a popular Scot
Born in England but my Mum is from Finland and my Dad is Portuguese. My wife is from US and I live in US. But I feel English/British as I was born and raised in London and lived there for 26 years but I feel an allegiance to England, Finland, Portugal & USA. When it comes to boxing I don't let country come into it though.
first part doesn't make sense. you talking about Scott Harrison or Ricky Burns? I am usually pro Ricky Burns.
It makes perfect sense, I don't care who you like. Just pointing out your bias with your dislike towards the Jocks
I doesn't make sense so please explain. Try writing in English. Please point out where I have been unfairly bias towards Scottish fighters?
