It's funny when Hatton starts mocking Witter's posturing style.

I seriously dislike Witter. Of course Hatton's excuse that he refuses to give a fighter who has insulted him for years the pay day of his life is nonsense but Witter is such a charmless arsehole that you kind of see where Hatton's coming from.

Not to mention he is one of the dullest fighters I've ever seen.

Dangerous for Hatton no doubt but indefatiguably dull.

Hattons obviously looking at Whitter as a high risk low reward proposistion.
Its a shame, but its a trend. Just as shameless is Mayweathers avoidence of Cotto.
Theses are guys who claim to be "the greatest ever", and a "blue collar champ" respectively, but lately seem to be more about talk and posturing than taking on their best challengers.

Ricky is getting a joke now. This clip shows that he has been avoiding Witter for nearly 7 years.

Even then he says "I want to fight you", he then adds a "but the fight has to be appealing to the fans". Now Witter has taunted Hatton, Hatton is behaving like a spoilt brat.

 

i agree he should fight him but he wasnt scared to fight mayweather so why should he be scared of witter

 

This made me laugh...

at the beginning when Witter asks Hatton 'Do you think you can beat me?' Hatton hesitates like he doesnt know what to say, then says 'I can't hear you'

I wouldnt be afraid to fight King Kon if i got paid the money Hatton made in that bout. But his just a humble lad you know who likes a pint with his mates and still lives in a modest house.

Just out of curiosity, if Hatton were to fight Witter and win convincingly how would all the Hatton haters deal with it?

A large part of your lives would be taken away, it would be like the family pet dying or something.

(Extremely hypothetical I know).

 

Thats a bit like the optimism of Hatton fans prior to his fight with PBF. Its not a concievable reality. therefore its not worth even debating the point.
