    I like both, both brilliant at their peak.

    Hatton better at 140 and Cotto 147

    He was world class no questioning that. But he was on the fringes of world class. This is attested to by the fact he held onto the WBU for sooo long. Hatton chose the easiest path to success throughout his career and deliberately avoided the guys that were the most risk with the least reward.

    Its not fashionable to bash Hatton at all. Most fans have finally seen through the facade and have assessed him for what he was worth. Which was a decent boxer but very flawed on the fringes of world class who did exceptionally well from boxing - economically and careerwise - considering his glaring flaws.

    I think Cotto would beat Hatton at any time in their careers.He is just a better fighter,it would be a good fight though.
