Anyone else read or hear about this?

Just threw it out there, because I was reading an article about Salita claiming he wanted to fight Ricky (lol), and was quoted in saying that, because he read that Ricky was planning a comeback.

Anyone got any info, if there is any?

I heard SRL is also thinking about coming back after hearing of Salita's interest.

Hatton TV will be the first to know.

Sky Sports will be the first to know.

ITV will be the first to know.

Hatton will be 33 by that point and only interested in big fights Salita does not even enter the conversation.

If Hatton does come back ( I dont think he will) then he fights JMM.

Got a good source who says he's comin back. I know a boxer in his promotions (not mentioning his name) who says he's been at the boxing gym he trains at and getting back in shape.

Man, Old man pee pee (Marquez) would murder Hatton. Marquez is too damn accurate. I just wish hatton stays retired.

If Hatton did comeback I'd rather see him comeback against someone like Salita than a real top quality guy. I'm not a Hatton fan, but I have no desire to see him humilated or seriously injured. However, Hatton is in steep decline, and would probably look **** even against Salita.

If hatton does come back, he'll never make 135 for jmm. He should fight John Murray in Manchester at 140 to get his feet wet. Salita doesn't deserve the payday IMO.

Then, hatton should fight khan, get ktfo and retired for good. Fatty needs to get a new sport, bOxing is too dangerous for him now and I wouldn't want to see him get permanent damage.

He was never that good even in his prime. He had one good win in which he mauled his way to victory over a past-prime great with the help of a hometown ref. He weight fluctuations, drinking and drug use has diminished his timing and reflexes. If he gets in the ring with with a world class fighter he is getting stopped.

    ????

I was referring to JMM moving up to 140 , not Hatton moving down.

Hatton hasnt made 135 since he was a teenager.

Hattons done at the top level , for his sake and his fiance's he should stay out of boxing unless as a promoter or trainer - does he really need to put jennifer through that moment of horror again when he was laid out cold and she thought he was fatally hurt ? No he doesnt - he's rich , doesnt need it anmymore .

JMM at 140 would murder Hatton - since he was in his twenties ricky has bloated up to 14 stone between fights and thought nothing of downing 10 pints of lager a night - the antics that his fans love him for have been his downfall .

For a fighter in the 140 division to have to boil down from 190 takes a terrible toll on the body - its definitley shortened rickys career and thats just the physical aspect , I doubt he could overcome the memory of the brutal KO he took from Manny - like RJJ he'd be too scared to let his hands go in case he gets countered an KO'd again - plus JMM is 'the' master counter puncher - even the ricky who fought Castillio would have been caught out by JMM @ 140.
