    I have no real opinion on the Mayweather/Hatton fight ticket sales. Football fans are constantly paying way over the odds for tickets and shirts. I don't think it's a problem when it comes to Hatton and his football fans.

    totally ! there are loads of examples of it. I mean fair enough Hatton is a wank with all his third person stuff and pishy chat shows but he seems to catch an unfair amount of flack.

    It sometimes seems to me people are annoyed at having beleived in him and feel stupid after he got leathered by two ****ing brilliant fighters.

    I HATE Stoke but i'm no Port Vale fan, Wolves and Stoke was more of a derby years n years ago, the Staffordshire derby, before they changed the borders (leaving Wolverhampton not in Staffs).

    Anyway I only started the thread as a laugh didn't think it would get this serious.

    Do think its a bit out of order though as Hatton's whole persona (and reason he sells so many tickets) is based on the whole football fan, darts playing bloke in the pub bollocks.

    He'll do anything for some shameless promotion.
