Ricky Hatton DEMANDS Vegas for his ring return...

Thing is I am not having a go at James Bowers - he is a young kid who has had a difficult life.

I just feel Hatton made a show of it all - "look how nice a guy I am too befriend a young kid like this - I got a heart of gold ain't I"

 

I almost chocked on my sandwhich reading this story, is this really the most anyone has tried to rip you off LOL.

i don't buy all the over the top mr nice guy boy next door routine either.however i believe he is a good kid,i've shared a room with him in my home town at a talk in and nothing was too much trouble for the man,he came across as totally genuine,nothing put on or false at all.

 

Then I hope Khan's good enough by then.

 

I'm not saying he is a monster or anything like that

But I think not only me but lots of other people can see he puts a PR spin on everything like a Politician

My admiration for Calzaghe has fallen considerably by cashing in fighting a shot fighting but still trading off his name

Why didnt Calzaghe fight Roy Jones say 2000?

Cos he would have got beat by a exceptional fighter.

Now he can claim Roy Jones name on his record for his legacy but we all know it's just in name.

Cos I thought he would see his career out with Warren now but he couldnt resist going the same way as Naz and Hatton and cashing in big time

Morally speaking Calzaghe desrves to lose this fight because

#He is fighting a shot fighter in what he thinks is a safe option
to preserve his perfect unbeaten record

#He has burnt bridges with Warren and Sports Network just to
fill his boots and cash in as much as he can for his pension even
though he is already a mulit millionaire

Lets hope Roy Jones digs up one last good performance from somewhere and outbox's Calzaghe and ruins that perfect record

I would have to beg to differ on the latter statement. Hotels in NYC cost a **** load more than in Vegas. The £100 flight price difference is correct though.
