Unless the fight is at 140 pounds I aint intrested. Plus unless Hatton shows something of his actual quality in his next fight, he will most likely lose more purists.

I say that because I don't think there is anybody who can beat him at welterweight. Perhaps I shouldn't have stated it as a matter of fact but rather as a matter of opinion. I don't see Cotto, Mosely, Quintana or Cintron beating him. Nobody at 147. Do you?

That's the current time where he's nowhere near being P4P#1 because he just got KO'd by the P4P#1....

And what does that have to do in terms of justifying a rematch? (of course other than satisfying the need of a diehard Hatton fan)

I'm not arguing the fact that the man has his fans, what's the relevance of this post. No disrespect but I never said he lost his fan base. Loyality is commendable but this adds nothing to the debate.

 

Well if there is no demand for tickets costing £1000, nobody is going to try and sell them for £1000. I guarentee, Hatton Mayweather at Wembley stadium would sell out within days.

 

You seemed to be implying that he only sold 50k in 48 hours because he was the countries golden boy and our biggest hope before he lost to Floyd....

.....the thing is, he sold these tickets for the upcoming Lazcano fight, after he lost to Floyd of course.

 

In all honestly....no....but I'm not the judge, jury or the executioner. I will restrain from making an official pick for a Cotto vs PBF bout though as I stated earlier I leans towards PBF pulling an SD.
