Two words: Money, Popularity. If he wasn't neither he wouldn't have got a look in. You have to give it to Warren he done a magnificent job turning a club fighter in one of the worlds most popular fighters.

He succeeded because he had the chin to take him to that level. Once his punch resistance went he was never going to do much because he made so many fundamental mistakes, mistakes that were so grounded into him it would've taken a miracle worker to train them out of him by that time.

He could've done more if he'd had more learning fights earlier on, assuming that he and Billy Graham would've even recognised and corrected the faults, but instead he was fed bums by Warren to keep mugging the punters who loved their 'every man' hero.

Someone post the gif of him punching zoo in the balls.

It never gets old watching Hatton get his Glass Jaw shattered. He was British level who was allowed to hit hold etc in his fight in the UK by crooked referees.

He fought like a miniature John Ruiz.

i wouldn't call him glass jawed or british level he was a good fighter who got beat by two of the best p4p. Atleast he had the balls to step into the ring and take on the challenge.

Manny hit him with like 70 power punches in only 2 rounds. If Hatton had a great chin he would've sustained a massive amount of damage in that fight. He should be grateful he was knocked out so early

Club fighter? Club fighters dont beat the fighters he beat being a club fighter. And dont tell me they was all over the hill because Hatton was when he went to the U.S.A. That was probs the only time you seen him fight. Thats just plain disrepectfull.! But hey he wasent American, so he was never going to be any good right?
The guy was a plain warrior, Ive watched him since he 1st started boxing pro. By the time you shortsighted Yanks seen him he had already had a lot ov wars, he didnt look after himself out side the ring and he just wasent what he once was.
PS. I bet u all still payed your 50 bucks to watch the british club fighter.
    Peace out Idiots :bush

You'd have to be ******ed to believe Hatton wasn't the best light-welterweight in the world for at least a couple of years. ******ed or a ****ing racist like you.

People discredit him a lot these days but I always found him fun to watch with the british circus going crazy in the background.
