Lol, I'm sorry. I've never seen the Hatton-Floyd weigh-in before and I was impressed with Floyd looking very unperturbed. Then that certain fighter popped in to my head and I couldn't resist. Still, Floyd looked like he was lapping it up, even bobbing his head to the drum-beat!

Hatton's support was just crazy, can't believe I never got to see him live but he meant so much to everyone in the UK because he was just one of us.

I remember being at a party when he fought Floyd and grown men actually crying when he got knocked out.

    **** was crazy.

:happy:happy I was there from the wed to the next monday & what an incredible time we all had, absolute mayhem:lol: ****in incredible vid, brought it all back as if it was 10 seconds ago. 24 hour **** up extreame, total carnage:yep I was always in the ZURI BAR in the MGM, absolute ****in madness & one of the best trips i've ever had.

I know that 37/38,000 flew out of the UK as these are confirmed U.S immigration figuers & 1,000's more flew in from Australia/New Zealand/South Africa/Canada/Germany/Spain/PortugalFrance/Ireland + all the Brits living in America showed up. I met all these while patrolling all the bars on the strip:D

No tickets were ever put on sale so i had to get mine from a scalper but even if i never got one i still bought a $50.00 closed circuit ticket, you just had to be there ticket or no ticket. We have the invasion gene:lol:

We were geting $2.00 to £1.00 English pound back then so that helped but it still was a massive expence for most people but who gives a **** as you just maxed out yer credit cards, **** the banks, i owe them:yep they don't owe me:bart no worries then as far as i was concerned, just used the credit card as everyone else did. ****in AWESOME VID:deal

    I'm a big Hatton fan

I wasn't happy withe the crowd booing the American National anthem. I found it disrespectful

I was proud of the following, we love boxing and follow our fighters around the world.

We do have one of, if not the best following yes. Hatton weigh ins were a sight to behold too!!

The funny thing is me and a work colleague were supposed to go but we had a big meeting we "thought" we couldnt miss out on and the flipping thing got cancelled in the end!

Im envious of you man that must have been so great!

I loved at the end of the clip!

R.Hatton: Who you come to see?
    Crowd: You!
R.Hatton: Anyone here to see Floyd Mayweather?
    Crowd: Noooooooooooo!
R.Hatton: Who's taking home the belts?
    Crowd: You!!
    R.Hatton: Let's f0cuking have him!

    :rofl

How many were in the MGM is irrelevant. British fans always travel to events where they don't have tickets and then watch on big screens. The MGM was drunk dry because there were so many. It was well over 30,000 that travelled, not sure about the 50,000 figure, but it was a HUGE number.

This man had a die hard following. Bands, songs and international followers. Ricky had the best fan base of any boxer I have ever seen and the dude isn't even hispanic. Very nice.

Yea I agree. His style, his personality, etc was a likable guy in contrast to fighters like Floyd and Calzaghe.
