This comeback is purely for promotional reasons. He needs to give his company name a boost, and what better way than to come back himself for one more fight. He's not at all serious about pursuing Mayweather and Pacquiao again. He's just name-dropping to keep his comeback (and potential future fights) on everyone's tongues.
