You know who I blame for this $hit, the Alphabets soup, if they are going to fight for my organization belt and is the 154 lbs, that is the limit 154 lbs, why bring a WW that can't go over 150 lbs and make a catch weight contract just to make sure that the "right" fighter gets the belt, that happens when they are not qualify to fight for the belt, just pit the two available higher ranked at that weight and we will not have the BS catch weight.

WBC made this a title fight after Oscar and GBP petitioned them to do it. Joke of a decision that they voted for it, if they even took it to a vote.

Alvarez being gifted a belt is what this fight is all about.

The WBC didn't say anything about this fight having to be at the full 154 limit when they sanctioned it. It was only in the last week they ordered it, aswell as an earlier weigh-in - and suprise, suprise, Alvarez shows up 2 lbs over the contracted weight.

I've never seen an organiation act so shamefully to ensure one fighter has all the advantages to garauntee he wins. Wouldn't be surprised if they turn out the lights if Hatton is able to hurt Alvarez and has him in trouble in the fight.

    why?

catchweights have happened all throughout history, they're not something manny/floyd recently invented.

plus this fight was not for a title when it was signed, only in the last few weeks did suleiman decide to put the wbc title on the line.

Speak up Mexicans are you guys discusted with this kid being handed a title shot before he's ready or deserves one, against a c level club fighter, at a weight he's not grown into, a weight that neither he or his opponent has ever had a meaningful fight at? Are you discusted that his handlers have clearly allowed him to train for a weight not above the contract weight? Are you pissed the title was on the line at a catchweight to begin with? Serious whose cool with this? Raise your hands for the Ginger express:happy

The **** ass thing is this kid is going to be the next thing before he's the real thing. Its going to stunt his growth. He's going to get knocked out by the first real deal fighter he faces. And when that happens he's going to be so far removed from a time when he could have done things the right way that he'll not be able to go back to the drawing board the way Barerra did after Junior Jones. Worse then that he'll already have had soo much money thrown his way that he won't have the ambision too go back to the drawing board and do things right.
