I just watched the news on tv before reading this thread that hatton praises Pac(forgot the details) along with his undecided future plans. What hatton didnt do or did let us just forgive the man coz he already beaten badly i think that is en0ugh.

****ing hell guys, do you realise how stupid this thread is? Hatton said Pac was the best fighter in the world after the fight, does he have to release statements every couple of days telling people how great Pac is to keep you happy?

You claim Hatton says he's better than Pac.

    In this link Hatton says:

“It is just embarrassing really. I know he is not that much better than me. I have felt worse after 12-round wars, as daft as it sounds. It didn’t take much out because it was over so quickly.”

Here Hatton is quoted saying he knows Pac is better than him, not that he is better than Pac.

Sorry TS but this thread is over the hill. I just hate Pac now after watching the local news and ann0uncing the media that he will really pursue his political career and retire in 2010. He also said that he thinks hes nothing more to prove but i disagree coz he is just almost there.

The Hitman said he had been humiliated and still didn't like going out in public following his return to the UK from the United States.
But he has still not ruled out a return to the ring after his devastating loss to the Filipino superstar.
He said: "I haven’t watched the fight yet. I don’t know whether I will watch it. It has been embarrassing for me.
"What I vaguely remember is that no sooner had the bell rang when I went down, then again. I felt I was doing well in the second round and he nailed me again.
“It has been difficult to take for me. It is just embarrassing really.
"I know he is not that much better than me.
"Before I could get warmed up he nailed me. I felt I hurt him in the second round, but no sooner had I hurt him than he nailed me again.

RICKY Hatton has admitted that Manny Pacquiao 'embarassed' him in Las vegas 10 days ago.

“I couldn’t think of anything the next morning. My mind was in 50 different places going over different scenarios. You won’t hear the last of me in boxing, but the physical side of fighting is the last thing that should be on my mind right now.

"I just want to rest, recharge my batteries and get life back to normal."

Hatton, 30, has been urged to retire by many fans and friends after the worst defeat of his glittering career.

But he is tempted to get back through the ropes for one final curtain call in front of his adoring supporters, who have made him the most popular British fighter of recent times.
