[YT]wfmD0RgWk3Y&feature=channel_page[/YT] I'm pretty sure ricky is the more physical and stronger fighter but does it automatically mean he punches stronger? i reckon pac has more pop than hatton in the punching department. :think
Man Roach now saying that manny is the stronger fighter and that he'll knock Hatton out in three rounds...This guy's bs just keeps getting great and greater in magnitude everytime he opens his mouth.
Incidently enough Khan is right Ricky can't afford to lose rounds early because he can't let Manny run away with the fight. The flip side of this is that if Ricky Bosses the first round Manny is in real trouble. I look for Manny to win the first round as manny gets used to his speed. But after that if one guy clear wins a few of the early rounds its a really bad sign for the other guy.
When fighters move up in weight it is impossible to compare their power until they are in the ring. Guys who look like beasts knocking everyone out in their natural lower weight just cannot carry their power up. I think if you look at Hatton Cloazzo it illustrates this point. Colazzo is relativley feather fisted but he was a big Welter and Hatton noticed it on the night. I would imagine Hatton is basing his theory of how the fight will go on that experience.
Hatton might be too much to Pac, but we will only find out on Saturday night, after the fat lady sings.
Ricky needs to make sure he stays calm and patient if Manny does pull away at the beginning. I think it's going to take a few rounds for Ricky to start closing him down and he's shown that he can get frustrated in the Floyd fight.
Joke Coach Roach talking more ****, granted he was right against Oscar but I see Hatton taking this if Floyd can control his aggression and get his head moving.
I just people stoped interviewing Frank Warren about his ex fighters because they are just pointless views born out of resentment.
It's simple. Who imposes whose fight plan on the other will determine this war of attrition. Pac will go to use his speed and Hatton will try to methodically slip and enter with thudding bodyshots and physical mauling. Pac is not all speed but speed kills and if caught enough times, Hatton will get discouraged and we WILL have an early night. Manny is no slouch in the strength department and one must remember that he is older, and a fighter's resistance usually wanes at this stage compared to their prime. The massive weight cutting will no doubt catch up to Hatton one day. The question I have in regards to Manny would be, will he handle that left hook to the body as he will be moving into it (being a southpaw) going to his right to avoid Hatton's straight right.
