Without Cortez the KO may not have happend but in the end Floyd was better and stronger inside than Ricky was.

all corez did was frustrate Hatton which may have lead to him being a bit rash and getting timed

 

If cortez wasn't there, Ricky would have still been embarrassed. He landed 0 body shots the whole fight ( Maybe 1!). Floyd was out muscling him. This was the first fight that I can recall in which Ricky wasn't stonger on the inside than his opponent. I think Floyd's physical strength threw Ricky off.

Trust, Floyd would have had his way with The Hitman anyway you look at it.

 

Why can't he fight again.... He doesn't necessarily need to fight a huge risk top elite fighter. It could be someone like Malignaggi or maybe even a Zab Judah.

I just want to see the man fight. A boxer should'nt go out like the way he went out. And it would be good for him to focus on something. I think he's slowly getting over not being the best fighter.
