:nono Hatton beat the most dominant champ at 140 (Tszyu, who unified 140 for the first time in 32 years), therefore he is the most dominant champ at 140. No question about it. You are entitled to your opinion but that's all it is, compared to my FACTS.
That does not make him the most dominant champ ever. That's like saying Hasim Rahman was the most dominant heavyweight champ ever after he sparked Lewis.
You are entitled to your opinion kid, but it is worthless when placed next to my FACTS. Kick rocks kid, you're done :hat
i agree. However he is the Lineal champ, dominant would mean that you faced and beat all of the top opposition while champ. Beating a near retired Tszyu and a Carlos Mausa who was lucky enought to run into a Vivian Harris meltdown, then moving up to welterwieght and squeaking by Collazo, just to go back down and beat Juan Urango and Jose Luis Castillo (who was fighting only his second fight at 140, the first being a nail biter to unknown Herman Ndougo) is not a sign of DOMINANCE. If he had beaten/beats Cotto, Harris, Torres, Malignaggi, Holt and Witter we could begin to talk about dominance. Ricky could still become the most dominant, but he simply hasnt fought enough tough opposition to be considered among names Tszyu, Pryor and Chavez. Each of these guys beats Ricky in their prime. There's your FACTS.
Resume has nothing to do with it. You're talking about old school fighters. Get with the PG and start speaking contemporary kid. Name a more dominant champ at 140 in Hatton's era:deal
Well if your saying he's the most dominant champ since '05 i'm not gonna argue. I think that's pretty well understood and is really not worth making a post about. But you said EVER at the top of your post and EVER is a load of ****.
Pretty good. Oh, we're talking Ricky's era now. In that case, I agree, Hatton's the man. :good
