The floyd fight was pretty competitive for the first 8 rounds.

Pac caught hatton cold early so he never really got started. Marquez was also caught cold early from pac, but he had a better chin which allowed him to recover.

If Hatton got back into shape I would still pick him to beat Guerrero who looked **** poor against Aydin at WW.

I had hatton winning the collazo fight, so Hatton only lost one WW fight and that was to floyd.

:conf Guerrero looked 5x better against Aydin than Hatton did against Collazo..

Six and a half years ago. :deal (before two chin shatterings, loads of drug use, and weight gain exceeding any of his between-camp blowups)

..and Mayweather vs. Hatton wasn't that competitive.

People who think so tend to be the ones who score against Mayweather any time someone is flapping at him while he shells up on the ropes and gets his shoulders wagging in the air.

The people who scored a draw for Cotto, a win for DLH, or thought "Ortiz was really getting to him..." :blabla

    PBF haters, basically.

Never lose hope Shaun! One day you will make it out of the site & no longer have to resort to stealing the lead from rooftops to feed your family.

By your definition then paulie malliganagi should beat (two chin shattering, loads of drug use, weight gain Hatton in a rematch:deal

I mean malliganagi looked 5 times better against Senchenko than what guerrero looked against Aydin.

can't be paulie he is fighting october 20th

No time to hype the fight ????

    i say .....katsidis at 147

kats i nearly shot and too small for welter
would be a decent scrap between the two
ricky might do him at welter if his chin is not still gone

    1. Katsidis @ 147
    2. Malignaggi @ 147
    3. Marquez @ 147

    Then Retire !!!!!!!

Uh, yes, Malignaggi should be favored now, which I've already stated. :readthre:

The king of bad ideas! You can only take away from your legacy at this stage, Ricky. (He's reading this, right?)

    :nod

    :yep and weeping.

On the whole we're a deal harsher than his pub mates egging him on.

Unlike them, we're actually the ones offering him the soundest advice.

    OK cheers dad.

I saw his last fight, looked good against a shitty east european.

Ive seen Paulie fights proffessor, youre saying he's just hitting prime or something years after his best performance against Cotto .Making out he had some massive disadvantage against Hatton. He was well up for that, got beat fair and square against the better man. Dont try and talk down to me after spouting that ****.

I get what you're saying IB, i agree completely. It would break my heart to see Ricky knocked out again. :-(

Just thought it was a bit harsh.

I wouldn't mind seeing Ricky Hatton vs John Murray for a come back fight. We can go from there.

IB has said everything I, or any rational fan, would say.
