Hatton fought (and beat) unified, undisputed and one of the biggest punchers ever at 140 in legend Kostya Tszyu. He also fought ATG's in Mayweather and Pacman. Nobody gives two shits about a British title when the guy won world level straps.

Hatton was not afraid to get in and mix it with legitimate monsters of this sport and you are essentially calling him a coward.

It never ceases to amaze me how hysterical and one-sided people can get on hereon a variety of issues,this one's no different.

Yeh he probably didn't fancy the Witter fight in terms of the risk reward ràtio and swerved it for other things, and can criticise aspects of his career such as long wbu run, but overall he achieved a lot, put British boxing back into the mainstream again, exciting to watch, fought the best in the US, beat tzsyu. He's not the best ever or perfect but he had a very good career.

He won legitimate straps off Tszyu you dullard. He was therefore British Champion by extension whether he got that low level strap or not.

Unequivocally the best three fighters available to Hatton were Pac, Tszyu and Floyd. He fought all three and beat one of them.
