In his prime Hatton would KO Khan I've got no doubt about that.

    ^^^^^^

To suggest that a former unified world champion wouldn't give Hatton problems is a little harsh.

Its not just about Khan's weaknesses vs Hatton's strengths, you've got to look at the flipside:

Hatton doesn't have the best chin either, Khan would hit him a lot.
Hatton often neglected his jab on the way and rarely showed a plan B.
Handspeed - Floyd, Pac (schooled the same way as Khan) and even Lazcano gave him major trouble to say the least.

This is prime for prime, well 'prime' Khan wasn't the dick who thought he could trade, he was the guy who knew he could be KO'd and fought to his strengths a la vs Kotelnyk.

I'd have Hatton as favourite but certainly give Khan a chance.

Hatton beat belt holders 4 times or so. He won one of them out of his weight class. He lost to 2 elite fighters, one of them also out of his weight class.

He won all of his fights easy enough on his way to world level. Khan was on the deck numerous times on his way through.

In my opinion they are on different levels. And stylistically hatton is a nightmare for khan, if maidana and Peterson can cut the ring off and smother you hatton will eat you alive.

He was a far more complete and higher class of fighter than khan.

Hatton only lost once at light-welter, to pacquiao, when pacquiao was at his peak and Hatton was not. Hatton wins KO round 5.

    Hatton would annihilate him.

He'd either box to a 118-110 decision or get rid of him.

There's literally no way for Khan to win this fight. Hatton's footspeed would be the major difference.

Watch Hatton tear Michael Stewart a new one and tell me Khan has a chance :yep

    Is this a serious question?

Even a faded Tszyu was better than Khan't.

    This is a mismatch.

Hatton would have destroyed A Mere within 5.

Which brand of cigarettes does Danny smoke?

    Lucky Strikes'

Serious question now, Does Danny really know what the word 'Swift' means? Why would he use that as an epithet? Does it mean something else in Spanish, like 'lucky' or something?

Hatton's style is all wrong for Khan.

    Brawling, pressure in-fighter!

Khan would not be able to resist a tear-up with Ricky.

Can't see Khan beating him. Hatton would get to him whether its early or late. Hatton was an animal in his prime. Worked hard and was all pressure. His style is difficult to deal with to. Khan is not disciplined enough to beat Hatton, and I doubt Khan could keep Hatton off him for 12 rounds.

Khan has beaten several belt holders too and just because Hatton could boil down to 10 stone doesn't mean that's 'his' weightclass.

Eamonn Magee :think Prime for prime they're not levels apart IMO and again, I'd still make Hatton a favourite.

Yes it was serious :conf Who has Hatton beaten that is better than Khan, Kosta aside?

    Collazo, Maussa, Urango - :nono
