By Hatton's prime that must mean the Hatton that beat Tyzu. On that basis Hatton to win by Knockout. Witter would quit.

I gather that was aimed at me. I would elaborate but the topic's been done to death on here. Hence my truncated comment.

This thread has turned into a joke, and not because of the people that dared pick Witter, but because of the people that think its outrageous to dare pick against their hero Hatton. Get a grip, not everybody worships him, he is extremely fallable.

Who cares anymore? Let them kid themselves Hatton was KOd by Pac because Floyd senior told him to charge forward with his hands down and block punches with his face. Even though Floyd has never asked anyone else to employ such tactics.

Are you and TFFP really so arrogant and misguided to believe that everybody that doesn't choose Witter must be rabid Hatton fans?

I want to hear, logically, why you think Witter would beat Hatton. Taking to account ability, styles, strengths and weaknesses - I want to hear why you think Witter has a snowball's chance in hell.

As I said earlier in the thread, I've done it all before and am bored of the conversation. It just seems to me that people get no end of stick for having the audacity to pick Witter leading me to believe they must be irrational fan boys. If I thought I would get a sensible discussion on the subject I would engage but it's been done to death and nothing productive comes of it.

Hatton has proven against Pacquaio and Mayweather he is open to counters and lunges in and can get caught. Witter isnt as good as either but against Pacquaio and Collazo he has shown he is a sucker for the southpaw right hook and Witter throws this very well. I see him catching Hatton with counters and lead right hooks time and again and ko'ing him

    Witter KO - mid rounds

I suppose the thing that would tip some people toward Witter is that when someone gets under Hatton's skin he tends to lose the plot and his ass falls out.

See the first two rounds against Magee, decked then badly hurt, and the Mayweather fight.

I'd still pick Hatton though, Witter doesn't like pressure, body shots nor being made to fight three mins per round.

I can see why you say that AL, based upon the Diaz and Casamayor fights, but think his chin would let him down at some stage.
