omfg paulie was ****ing ****, Hatton showed that he was the better fighter, Buddy McGirt gave Malignaggi advice that Malignaggi ignored because he was too afraid to keep getting beaten by Ricky.

The entire Hatton situation looks like a bit of a car crash. Never the healthiest, he spent a fair portion of his break drug addled and almost its entirety weighing the best part of 300lbs. I doubt he'll reach the level of a Malignaggi fight unless Paulie really pushes for it as his second fight back.

If he shows the decline everyone expects and the porcelain chin of his latter career, Malignaggi has a good chance of stopping him; he's been sitting down on his shots more of late, and while he'll never be heavy handed, it's in his power to hurt overmatched opponents with an accumulation of punches.

 

Ricky was shot to bits three years ago and was deteriorating ever since the Zoo win. Paulie should win the rematch

 

How can you even begin to judge this fight until we see Hatton in action?
