Ricky Hatton v Thomas Hearns at 140... Who wins out of The Hitmen...?

Hatton would win this if P4P#1 was at stake.

 

Why is it boxing fans look to mock current fighters by comparing them with past fighters? This rarely happens with other sports fans, they just concentrate on the here and now.

And why is it boxing fans are the only ones that actually think the sports and it's competitors were better 30 years ago?

Aye. Well Hatton is...err...wider than them. Skinny *******s wouldn't stand a chance.

 

Whoever voted for Hatton should probably watch a little more film on Hearns. Now to be honest, Tommy was still a little green when he campaigned in that weight range but he would still dominate Hatton at 140, which was Ricky's best weight.

 

I always make sure to use the version that would fit the thread. In this case the LW version of Hearns is the one we'd have to use. Hearns' prime weight is 154 so it's quite possible he could be dead at 140.

 

Nobody beats Hatton at 140.
