Hatton KO after a torrid first 6 rounds -- due to the hand speed of khan. Hatton was relentless in his prime and would have got to khan later in the fight but could have sparked him at any time IMO -- if he landed flush
Khan couldn't keep Gomez off him, he isn't keeping Hatton off him either. Hatton much stronger better on the inside, good foot speed to close the gap. Yes Khan is fast but he slows down, leaves his hands down and has been hurt by numerous non punchers.to both head and body and Hatton would have had the foot speed to walk him down. Hatton had a decent chin in his prime as well so Khan isn't stopping him either. Hatton KO in somewhere between 6 or 8 rounds Khan's defense is awful, Hatton has more variety in his punches, more volume and doesn't unravel as easily as Khan. There's only ever one winner and its probably a stoppage.
Amir showed huge heart in a great fight with Maidana. That Khan beats Ricky, as does Maidana. Ricky just wasn't that good of a Boxer, IMHO. Other than Kosta, he beat nobody of note at 140 and avoided a lot of the top guys. I think Khan breaks him down.
