    The Hatton that fought Pacquiao vs. the Morales that fought Maidana.

    Who takes it?

    Alright now Morales is being overrated. I have a hard time seeing him beat any version of Hatton. Obviously, Morales P4P in his prime was WAAAAYYY better than Hatton, but at 140 I'm taking just about any version of Hatton.

    Also, lets not forget, Morales LOST last night. Great showing, made it close, but he still lost... and got battered in the last 2 rounds.

    If Cortez is the ref, I can see Morales winning.

    :lol::rofl:
    No he isnt. Hatton couldn“t box the slightest bit as well let alone his fragile glass jaw Maidana nearly looks like SRR compared to Hatton

    You just showed your ignorance.... did you not see the Urango fight? Tackie? Malignaggi?

    Hatton was levels above Maidana as a fighter... you're just making yourself look a twat

    Hatton fans, be careful abpout referencing previous fights, as we could just go back to how both looked against Pac.
    Morales, at least the first time, looked fantastic. Boxed well, used his timing ring tenacity to out think Pac, yet Hatton got battered into oblivian.

    I think Morales is the far smarter fighter and has the better chin, the only concern is the weight, as Hatton is no doubt a lot stronger.

    The big thing for me is the footwork... Hatton had very good footwork and Morales against Maidana had next to none.

    Don't get me wrong I am a huge fan of Morales and was cheering him on against Maidana and spent the whole fight with a big smile on my face but against Hatton at 140lbs i think Hatton wins a decision.

    If we are talking about who the better technical fighter is Morales wins hands down.... H2H at the times mentioned by the TS... i think Hatton wins a decision... clearer than Maidana did (I actually had Morales up by a round)

    The Pac Hatton fought was on top of the world, coming off the back of multiple career best wins in a row. The Pacman Morales fought the first time was just getting his feet and growing in confidence, Pac anihilated Morales easily in their other matches. Hatton's chin is supposedly pure glass now since Pacmans defeat, yet he's only been stopped twice, both by the p4p best? Look at Morales' last 10 fights and the shitty oppenents he's lost to. Including Maidana! Maidana may of hurt Amir and sent him wobbly but for the vast majority of that fight, Amir totally exposed and outclassed him.

    The Hitman.

    Pacquiao was exceptional rather than Hatton being particularly bad.

    Maidana was clearly not well trained, not just Morales having one final hurrah.
