If Diaz wins his fight against Paully. This could be a interesting matchup.

    Who wins?

Hatton takes it. They're similar fighters, but the difference is that Hatton actually has a punch.

I'd guess Hatton. But it depends on how much the Pac took out of him. He looks like **** already.

diaz would rip hatton a new *******.
they are not the same kind of fighters at all, diaz applies effective pressure while hatton just lunges at you with a left hook and then grabs....

Fight would prob be at 140 so Ricky would start as favourite. However if this was to be Rickys first fight back after Pac it could get very interesting. After a few close early rounds i would see Hatton taking charge in the middle to late rounds and scoring a fairly comfortable UD. Good fight though excellent styles match up.

DOES DIAZ'D MUM RUN THIS SITE OR SOMETHING???????

It AMAZES Me the respect juan diaz gets on here:think

juan is a nice young guy but gotta be the most overrated boxer in the universe :deal

    NO SKILL
    NO FOOTWORK
    NO RING INTELIGENCE
    NO ABILITY TO CHANGE
    NO STRATEGY

he is like a younger, fatter hatton

HOW???? can everyone honestly rate him:patsch

you can go to any amateur boxing gym in the world and there will
    be 4 or 5 juan diaz's

a short flat footed slightly out of shape fat kid who throws a load of hooks

JUST A HARD WORKER NOTHING MORE:deal

so flat footed he should be called "Flipper" not baby bull:lol:

    Agree 100%

Hatton was almost KO by Lazcano, Collazo, and was brutally KO by Mayweather and Pac.

Diaz throws a lot of punches in bunches. Hatton punches and holds.

Diaz is a better fighter, but physically, Hatton might be too strong.

I think Hatton at this point of his career still beats Juan Diaz. I think Hatton would survive the first three rounds because Diaz throws a bunch of wild punches that don't exactly hit there mark. After three rounds of pressure from Hatton Diaz will slowly slow down and Hatton stops him in about 8 or 9 rounds.

I think Diaz's punches in bunches and his work rate would trouble Hatton. But let's see how he deals with Paulie (a man who Ricky beat comfortably), then will we have a clearer understanding of how Diaz would cope against Ricky.

I can not imagine Hatton beating any half decent fighter right now because of the way he puts on weight in between fights takes to much out of him.
