Hatton UD. I don't think he'd get Holt out of there...but he would make Holt fight his (Hatton's) game and would batter him around for 12 rounds. Hatton wins on points 9-3.
Hatton is underrated by many, due to the fights when he was past his peak. In his prime, Hatton would maul Holt. He'd beat him up with ease.
