Ricky Hatton vs. Matthew Hatton

the fight is declared a no contest when both fighters fail to land a punch due to all the clinching and hugging.

There is great footage on Hatton's new DVD where Matthew takes a decision against him when they were young messing about in the ring. It's clear though that Ricky is playing with Matthew, and I dont think there is any doubt that Ricky by KO or wide UD is the only outcome in this bout.

 

During 24/7 #3, there was a shot of Matthew, where I thought, "I'll be damned, Ricky got a buzz!"
As you can tell, it doesn't take much to fool me.


I think a more interesting match up is Mrs. Hatton v Ms. Sinclair.

 

Matthew isnt even at a club fighters level his really that bad. The kid is nothing more than area level comp.His fought a who`s who list of absolute nobodies and his biggest opponent to date is ... wait for it..






Alan Bosworth in which he got DQ`ed for copying his brothers antics in the ring.

 

I think Mrs. Hatton UDs both of them...

 

You can be quite amusing at times!!

Matthew Hatton is a good journeyman AT BEST/fringe British Title contender. He does quite like to referee his own fights though

 

Double KO I would hope!

 

Hatton by KO. One classic hugfest though.

 

I wouldnt even call him a journeyman yet.He doesnt have enough losses on his record:yep Plus his big brother still belives in him.To be honest his not really even good enough to win and defend the Lonsdale.

 

Matthew is clearly the better fighter.

 

R. Hatton would destroy M. Hatton. It would be all over within the first 4 rounds, it would never happen, though.
