Ricky Hatton Vs. Micky Ward (prime)?

I can assure u i watch s much if not more boxing than u and i am in the gym 4 hrs a day breaking fighters strengths and weaknesses down...I am not saying mick is a better all around fighter i am saying in primes..BEFORE GATTI who was a bit beter than average...i mean lest's be fair... i si not like hatton was going through the ranks in his prime either, stylisticly hatton is there for a war and in a war micky has a good chance...

I never said he was an all time great and PBF would have a firld day with micky but hatton and ward would be a war which micky could win

 

now hatton is a master class boxer? he wouldn't want to brawl but he under billy graham would have brawled...i feel hatton is not even in his prime yet so maybe I am saying a younger hatton could be beat by a prime ward

 

Younger Hatton always used to box if he had too, from behind a surprisingly very good jab.

He has too much in all areas for a C class fighter like Ward.

Hatton was no master boxer, but had the boxing skills to outbox Ward.

If he boxes Ward the way he did Tackie, he'd win a clear UD.

 

I agree that he does...i just don't think he would..he would want to prove he could beat micky in a war...and micky beats tackie

 

This is ridiculous. Ward was a very good journeyman fighter, but Hatton is world class.

easy nights work for the hitman. he'd tie ward in knots. Ward was good and strong but his skill sets make hatton look like pbf

 

Hattons workrate will win him the fight either thru TKO or UD.

 

Hatton in his prime would be awesome. They would throw the kitchen sink at each other, but I see Hatton stopping Ward in the late rounds. Think of the lulls in punching Ward and Gatti had at times. Other referee's would've stopped either fighter, but somehow they kept coming back.

Against Hatton, Ward on the ropes would be suffering some very heavy-handed bombs. Gatti was a very sharp puncher....Hatton is a bulldozer.

Unless Hatton does what he does against Ben Tackie, then it's Hatton PTS.
