Hatton was in the SKY Sports studio tonight to talk about the Bami vs Barnes fight and his fight with Lazcano.

You won't believe this but they've sold 45,000 tickets in ONE DAY!

Then the SKY commentator said "Lazcano is no mug is he Ricky?"

Hatton say's "No he's not! He's ranked No.4 by the IBO which is a highly respected ranking system, blah, blah blah."

Ricky should have said, "Yeah he's a mug and so are the 45,000 nuthuggers who know sweet FA and would pay to watch me box a corpse."

I can't believe Hatton's balls and how many ****ing tickets they've sold for this **** in ONE DAY.

    What a ****ing joke!

45,000 ticket sales in ONE DAY for fighting a 33 year old Juan Lazcano who won't have boxed for over 15 months. :-(

He again blamed Cortez, losing his temper and the fans for his loss to Mayweather, not being good enough of course wasn't used.

yeah he was quoted in The Sun today moaning again about Cortez not allowing him to "fight his fight"

Well of course Ricky, what you do belongs in MMA not a boxing ring.

You make Randy Coutures dirty boxing look clean.

The truth is that he just got out classed by Floyd.

It`s called loyalty, something u know feck all about.
Why you think 100,000 buy tickets to watch Barca v Murcia or any other **** football team??
Hattons fanbase is bigger than any one else you can think of, dont matter who he is up against.

If you don't think Cortez was a major factor against Hatton, then you sir, did not see that fight.

It was a factor but its ****ing lame to use it as the main reason he lost the fight, it was predictable if he was gonna lose then he would use the reason "the ref wouldn't let me fight my fight."

100 times out of 100 Hatton would lose to Mayweather, thats the harsh reality for Hatton/

Cortez actually allowed the fight to be clean.

He did'nt let Hatton fight his fight because Hattons fight belongs in MMA.

You dirty box in MMA, not in a boxing ring.

    Anyway forget the Floyd fight.

Hatton vs Lazcano on PPV and 45,000 tickets sold in one day is the real joke for boxing fans.

And Hatton has the balls to tell people on live TV that the IBO are a respected org, and being ranked number 4 by them, on top of being innactive for 15 months is some "great thing".

It wouldn't have mattered what referee was in the ring that night Hatton still would have got the snot beaten out of him, he was out-classed.

God I hope Hatton fans aren't going to get all delusional with the excuses like the WALD fans.....

Oh yes and 45,000 tickets

45,000 stupid ****s....they should have voted with their feet until Hatton grows a pair of gonads and faces Witter.

I'm as a big a Hatton fan as the next guy. I've paid to go see him in May and was in Vegas. He was beaten by a better fighter in Floyd. Did Cortez play a part? Yes. Would Hatton have beaten Mayweather anyway? No. Would I pay to see Hatton fight a corpse? Yes! Why? Because I love the guy. He fights like Duran, appeals to joe public because he is one of them and is one of the best British boxers of all time. Why the big cry against him? How many times have you heard a boxer get beat and say he wasnt good enough? There's always excuses about weight/referees/injuries. Part of being a boxer is having a bravado which says 'I'm the best in world'. We all seen him step up to PBF and get floored. Fair play, PBF is one of the best welterweights of all time. No shame in that. Let the Hitman fight his tune up and unify the light welter division.

Fight Witter! That is my one criticism. Make it happen - the guy has a belt and deserves a shot
