    Ok so I seen someone on a forum here talking about Floyd Mayweathers competition.. So I've decided to post some facts about Ricky Hattons competition.. Check it out.

    David Thompson was 7-20-3

    Karl Taylor was 14-36-3

    Brian Coleman was 17-72-7 (That's PATHETIC)

    Mark Ramsey was 15-25-5

    Freddie Pendelton was 47-25-5 (And this was in 2001!)

    The records of those fighters he faced is HORRIBLE.. Obviously he padded his record fighting stiffs.. Even the guys with decent records he fought I have never even heard of! They probably fought fighters with 72 losses also. Please don't ever compare Floyd Mayweathers resume to Hattons because you Hatton fans will be embarrassed!

    Is he supposed to fight world beaters from the get go? Do you understand that when fighters are coming up, they aren't suppose to fight stiff competition. Floyd doesn't have guys like that on his record because of his extensive amateur pedigree which Hatton did not have when he turned pro. You can't use those guys against him.

    Hatton has fought and stopped Kostya Tszyu and Jose Luis Castillo. He has won titles at 140 and the WBA at 147...he hasn't faced great competition, but he has faced good competition.

    There is no debate because you're ignoring the fact that Hatton has not faced slick boxers. Look at his most recent competition.. Only people that stand in front of him and have little or NO movement.

    great threaD..HATTON HAS FOUGHT WAY TOO MANY BUMS TO EVEN CONSIDER HIMSELF IN THE SAME LEAGUE AS FLOYD. FLOYD WON A RING TITLE IN HIS 18TH FIGHT. HATTON WON HIS FIRST RING TITLE IN IS 39TH FIGHT:lol:
