Hatton was a good fighter, didn't have the greatest of skills but his will and chin took him very far. I always enjoyed his fights, he should be respected, shame once you lose you instantly become an overhyped bum on this site...

Hatton a**-****ed himself.

The height of his fame is the FMJ fight and the MP fight.Then he retired.Tons of casual fans only know him for eating a turnbuckle or "falling asleep" during round 2 of a big fight.That sucks for him.

However,I know him,not even for any particular win but for his spirit.For a time,Ricky Hatton was a body beating entity.Truthfully,nobody has come close to his efforts since he retired.R.I.P. Ricky Hatton and cheers to the guy at the pub.
