    No doubt about that.

But as a professional athlete, you tend to have to cut down things like that to an amount far below what the average person can get away with.

Nonetheless, its good to see him enjoying himself lol, and if he performs in the ring later this year then i have no problems with it.

He does not kill himself making 140 at all - there is a lot to lose granted, but as it is mainly self inflicted blubber it comes off pretty easily.

He could probably make 135, and would have certainly got down to 130 earlier in his career had he used proper dieting techniques.

Do you think it's easy to lose 45-50 lbs and train for a fight in the same time?

Floyd had nothing to do with it.
You sound genuinely offended at Ricky Hatton eating kebabs and drinking Guinness. Get out more!

No, but it is much easier to lose weight when it is clearly excess - not as if he cannot have a glass of water prior to the weigh in, for example.

If you switch from a diet of:

    Full English (Breakfast)
    Summat & chips (Lunch)
    Chinese (Dinner)
    Beer

    to

    Protein shake (Breakfast)
    Salad (Lunch)
    Chicken & veg (Dinner)
    Water

you are bound to lose about 30lbs in 12 weeks anyway - so throw in the training and you won't be far off.

He is usually about 180ish at his peak, though was slightly lower pre Floyd, and higher pre Urango

Its a calculated risk on his part. Anyone with something resembling a will can lose weight quickly, the difference is can they do it and be in top physical shape.

Too bad Margarito or Cotto couldn't **** up Floyd. He would have been drinking through a straw if he fought either one.

Exactly,he is not in top physical shape,he punishes his body,it's not a healthy life but he deserves to eat and drink after what he goes thru training.Wonder how fat is he gonna be after retirement

Trolling to get a high post count doesn't automatically make you a respected poster.
