I agree. Why fight Klitschko when you are yet to fight your biggest domestic rival who everyone loves to watch for his bombastic exciting style who has defeated several top names in the division.

If Hatton fights Klitschko he's a ***** plain and simple, everybody knows Wlad got no chin whereas Junior Witter could take a kick from a giraffe and still land an immaculate body shot that would kill a baboon.

 

Hatton probably has more chance of beating him than any other British fighter.

 

He is also ducking Lee McAllister - who, according to the man himself, is one of the greats of British boxing.

 

I hope the Klitscho fight comes off, followed by a defence against David Haye in 2009.

 

Another chinless wonder who will be shot to pieces come 2009.

Hatton's a chump needs to man up and fight the Hitter.

I read the article it was in yesterday's Sun. All that Hatton said was true and as GazOC pointed out to me yesterday a perfect analogy of where Hatton's career is at the moment.

I just found it a bit crass saying things like, "people were walking out of the Calvo fight" - once again true, but unneccesary to say.

 

I thought all the Witter business had gone away.

Obviously not!

 

To be fair, Hatton has also admitted that people were walking out of the Vilches fight. (In other interviews)

You may as well say it how it is.

 

How about Haye and Witter fight an eliminator to meet the winner of Klit and Hatton?

I was at that Calvo fight and yeah not many were left at the end.

The fact Hatton made reference to it is no surprise and is yet another example of the little worm trying to drag others down and make loaded remarks, all geared towards trying to make himself look better. It's all so ****ing transparent. He keeps going on about how Calzaghe, Haye, Macca have all fought at 2am but the great guy he is, he's treating the fans to a 10pm start.
The guy is a sneak, cringeworthy.
