If Hatton looses by a one side UD or KO witch is more than possible, what will be his options. presumably the Yanks will wan't nothing to do with him if the fight looks like the Baldomir or Gatti fights.

    1) Retires
    2) Signs with Warren and fight Rees for WBA title, then fight bums for a few years at MEN.
    3) Fights Witter, the biggest fight at LW/W.

Oh if he wins or put up a good show 100% he will fight De La Hoya May 3rd in Vegas or maybe Wembley or Eastland. doubt he will win though!

If Hatton loses badly then he was never the elite fighter alot made him out to be, he would of just been an average world class fighter.

Average world class guys don't stop Castillo AND Tzyzu..... If he loses badly I don't think it effects his standing too much- but he's going to win so i'm not worrying.

What a stupid question... baldomir got totally outclassed by floyd, 120-108, he fought for the WBC Light middleweight title in his next fight.
Judah fought for the WBA title against Cotto 2 fights after mayweather
Corrales got battered form pillar to post, he fought for numerous titles aferwards.

Ricky hatton will have loadsof options no matter the result on Saturday. not as if he's being ebaten by some tin pot dustman, he'd be losing to the #1 p4p fighter on the planet.. not just #1 on the odd persons list, but pretty much 99% of boxing fans agree.

if he loses then back to 140 for hatton. :bbb

witter or malignaggi would be a suitable comeback opponent.

if he wins then onto miguel cotto at the garden. :bbb

I mean he won't be the elite world class fighter people are making him out to be as well.

Tszyu and Castillo were picked at the right time and when he fought someone fresher, he was In trouble.

Floyd's speed, acurracy and timing will outclass Hatton although I hope Ricky wins.

He could catapult right back to elite with a couple of wins. the danger is he becomes a gatekeeper to elite fighters, kind of like mayorga did.

whatever happen hatton will have a few options . If he does get beat it won't be a gatti or baldimour shutout because hatton is more skillful them both of them. If he goes back down to 140 i hope he does clean up witter, mallinaggi, torres and rees.

whether he gets severely beaten or not, i think he'll only stick around for 1 or at the most 2 fights more. if he somehow wins however, i'm sure there'll be a rematch as well a fight against de la hoya

If Hatton gets beaten badly i think theres a good chance we'll finally see the clash with Witter than we've been waiting for. Hatton needs to bounce back, what better than a big money domestic fight for a WBC belt, in which there's a good chance he could win.

If Hatton somehow beat Mayweather, any chance there was of a Witter fight would be gone.
