Have 1 boxing commission with numerous executives that represent different parts of the world. Let them do all the matchmaking. Let them decide the purses. This way we can get the fights that should be made. No catchweights.
A nice idea but having the control of boxing given to a small group of people would most likely give rise to bigger problems in the future. As entertaining as boxing is. it is the kind of sport that attracts these types of people.
