Riddick Bowe rooting for Vitali

    did you notice that 'Big Daddy' Riddick Bowe was sitting ringside at Klitschko-Peter and was waving a small ukrainian flag?

    Riddick Bowe is currently preparing his comeback in Germany, he said he wants to challenge both Klitschkos by next year (that's also probably why he wanted Klitschko to win), but by the looks of it I doubt that we even see him in the ring ever again - which is better for him anyway. He's still that fat.

    It's not that he's fat IMO. It's that he's mentally retarted now...And more boxing wud make it that much worse. Very sad.

    Yeah, I know he's braindamaged, that's also why he still believes he can beat the Klitschkos, let alone get a fight with them. It's better that he stays retired. But his brain damage seems better these days than ten years ago, you can understand him pretty clearly when he's talking now and he makes cohesive sentences.

    Bowe was never brain damaged in the first place, he merely pretended he was damaged. This is because years ago Bowe was facing criminal charges over a family spat (i.e., kidnapping), and he claimed brain damage in order to get lenient treatment from the judge.

    Bowe looked fat yesterday. Apparently he has not begun with his training seriously.

    Golota-Bowe would be a BIG fight even if bowe doesnt deserve it and has no chance...

    I didn't get to see the fight, but Bowe is my all-time favorite fighter (he and Larry Holmes). Did he look to be in better shape than when he fought Zumbrun? I know it is hard to tell with a shirt on, but any tell-tale differences?

    I was never a huge Bowe fan, but it was cool to see him at the fight.

    Bowe had ridiculous talent, especially for his size.
