Bowe his prime could pretty much beat anybody. Him ans Lewis would be tight though. As for Klitschko, Bowe would hammer him.

Bowe was far too open. His defence was as leaky as a rusty tube. Wlad would have stopped him within the distance of 12 rounds.Bowe even struggled with that mediocre Polish heavy weight Andrej Golota.
Nah! Bowe in his prime woudnt have been a match for Wlad.

Rubbish. His prime basically covered the fights until he was exposed right?

Lacy's prime was very short - it was the 5 fights up to and including the Reaid fight. It just magically happens that right before the Calzaghe fight his prime ended.

What rubbish is that? Who believes these kinds of ridiculous spins?

Fact is that Bowe was timid of fighters of his own size and a Wlad would scare Bowe enough to drop any belt he had to avoid the fight. If they got in there. All (really - all! Bowe has is litle Evander. Evander is p4p a gazillion times beter than Bowe, but obviously had physical disadvantages). Wlad (who is a level up from Golota) would beat Bowe clearly. He may have the nervous jitters at times, but he would win. Vitaly would destroy Bowe - litterally.

Bowe had a jab that was just as good IMO, with the clincher, the far better inside game. Bowe by mid rounds stoppage.

    lol

Yes, that maybe so but unless he's planning on kidnapping Wlad it wouldn't affect the H2H match up here. :-D

H2H matchups are too subjective to take too seriously but the more broad discussion of fighters primes is a good one and more objective. I figure the way a fighter conducts himself both in and out of the ring is underated in determining a fighter's greatness. Wlad is a promoter of global charities and gives generously of his time and money. He is especially involved in aid to Africa programs and often visits that continent to raise awareness for and to help combat poverty. Bowe was an unmitigated thug but yah on his best day Bowe would probably work his way inside and take Wlad out late in the fight.

He he, I got it out of you in the end.

Seriously, I like Wlad - I think he is a real gentlemen of the sport.

IF they both came it at their very best- Bowe.

But if they fought ten times, Wlad would win seven because Bowe was that much of a lazy, useless peice of ****.

It is true, you may have to fancy Wlad in a rematch, as Bowe may pile on the pounds in between, and go off on one.
