Obviously Bowe has to be favored, which is precisely where I stand, but again I don't think that its a forgone conclusion by any means whatsover. I don't think that Andrew Golata was much faster than Foreman, and certainly wasn't anymore skilled. In fact, he was a man known for quitting in fights. And weather or not there may be some marginal differences in ability between Golata and Foreman, let's not forget the plain fact which is, Bowe got mandhandled twice by Golata. Morrison spent most of his evening with Foreman circling him rather than engaging in battle - something that we only saw him do once in his entire career and something that I don't think we'd see from Bowe.

That said, I would pick Riddick to win a decision over an early 90's Foreman, but make no mistake about it. George could make this a hard night's work for Bowe, and if Riddick got Careless, could end up on the long list of Foreman KO's. While Bowe was never stopped in his career, he was sure hurt by plenty of guys who I don't think could bang like Foreman. Evander Holyfield and Michael Moorer were both predicted to crucify George. Neither one of them did.......

Foreman's lack of speed nullified a lot of his punching power though. Guys who didn't have as much punching power as George could often times knock guys out that Foreman couldn't simply because they could deliver what power they had quicker and more precisely. Guys like Herbie Hide and even HOlyfield were able to sting Bowe, but they were able to get their punches off very quick, and many times in fast combinations; Foreman wouldn't have that luxury. You might be right; Foreman might have made this fight competitive; he did have a ganite chin and tremendous will, so the fight might have been lively. But seeing as how George went life and death with a guy like Alex Stewart, looked pretty lethargic against the limited but tough Pierre Coetzer, and was outhustled and outboxed by Morrison( a guy who stood up well to the few solid punches that Foreman landed), I just can't see Foreman posing much of a threat against a 1993 Riddick Bowe.
