Riddick Bowe vs Mike Tyson both in prime who wins?

Well Norton`s cross armed defense wouldn`t have work on a clever well trained offensive monster like Tyson, so I couldn`t see sloppy Bowe managing to use that defense very well.

 

That's the key right there for Bowe. When Tyson dips to throw his uppercut Bowe immediately slices over the top with his own lefthook followed by his cross. He would have to him. Mike would fire most of his big shots early so Riddick see where it coming from

 

Sloppy? That's harsh, he may of had some moobs but we've all learned from Andy Ruiz.
As far as punching Bowe threw short sharp combinations inside. Uppercuts and hooks very fluid and easy. Sometimes his overhand right was sloppy but on the outside he had a nice big jab to keep Tyson occupied.

 

Foreman's worked well.

 

Your probably right. Forcing Tyson back.would be key IMO. Bowe was a big boy. There is the push that Foreman used on Frazier but that depends on a subpar Referee to get away with it.

 

Foreman got hit often when using that defense, Tyson would have hit George easily.

 

Ruiz used a tight gurd v AJ, Bowe was wide open.

 

Tyson`s handspeed was quicker than anyone that ever caufght Bowe often and he was as quick as Hide who was landing easily against a sluggish looking Bowe.

 

He still would've been KOed

 

Tyson ca'nt punch backing up. Without forward momentum Tyson doesnt have the confidence. Bowe would be the dangerous one

 

I don't know where you get perception. I've Bowe rated in the top 10.

 

Spinks-beating Tyson against Holyfield-beating Bowe...Tyson knocks Bowe down early, then gets Bowe's foot stuck up in his ass by the fifth round.

Neither Douglas nor Holy hit as hard as Bowe. Foreman would have kayod Mike even faster.

 

Mike was perfect for George. George made an informed prediction when he said it might take 2 rounds at the outside to beat Mike.

Bowe started slow in fights and Tyson was fast out of the gate.. I think Tyson takes him out early.

If the fight goes into mid-late rounds, I think Bowe possible takes him into deep waters and drowns him in the 10th-12th round. Or maybe a close decision.

Overall though- I think Tyson knocking Bowe out early is the most likely of these scenarios.
