Riddick Bowe vs. Vitali Klitschko?

Bowe would butcher him & Vitali might never fight again.

Bowe hit harder, had a better jab, was far more aggressive & was lethal on the inside.

Vitali leaning back & throwng awkward arm punches isnt going to be effective against someone as big & powerful as Bowe.

 

Funny, iv just been wAtchin bowe fights.

I gotta side with bowe on this one at his best he is way more dynamic then klich.

 

Vitali Klitschko would stop him, hammer with the jab, back him up and land some monster rights.

Vitali has an iron chin and will deal with Bowe's best punches.

 

Prime Vitali didn't just throw arm punches. Why do people keep comparing a 41 year old Vitali when we're talking about Prime vs. Prime?

 

He used to sit down on his shots a little more but he's never been a great puncher.

I dont think he has the firepower to keep Bowe off him. We all saw what an old Lewis did to Vitali on the inside, even an old Sanders had Vitali in trouble early on.

Bowe was a nasty SOB & could be very dirty at times, I cant see Vitali handling that sort of pressure.

Bowe wasn't the same fighter after his first 2 wars with Holyfield. Those fights were the reason he declined so rapidly. And a prime Golota would be a tough fight for Vitali also.

Bowe lacks balls even before Golota got to him.

He threw his WBC title in the bin rather than fight Lewis, while Vitali took on the fight with short notice.

I see Vitali bullying Bowe.

 

A lot of people perpetuating the "lethal on the inside" myth. He was lethal against bums. Fact is the man was chinny, getting put down by average punching former cruiserweight Holyfield, and beat from pillar to post by the only decent puncher he ever faced in Golota. He was protected against any other good competetion.

I was actaully quite a fan on the man's until he refused to fight Lennox, but its time to admit that his his career was a carefully orchestrated farce.

 

If we're talking prime Bowe which admitedly wasn't a long time then he wins and with some comfort.He plain and simply had an all round game which was superior to the robot.

How old are you? I am serious. You didn't actually watch the fights, did you?

Bowe was put on his ass by a former 190 pound fighter who failed to knock down 40+ Larry Holems, 40+ George Foreman, chinny assed Moorer in their first fight, etc.

Other than Golota, name another first class puncher he faced? Don't bother with Bert Cooper or Jorge Luis Gonsales, because they were not first tier fighters.
