Should've been closer buy Szpilka truly landed nothing of not. He fought down to fury level when he fought like sh!t against wlad.

Difference is, DW don't let that sh!t go down ever

The USA has been desperate for a heavyweight champion for ages so will allow Wilder to hold onto his crown anyway they can.

Also remember the USA is one of if not the most corrupt countries in the world.

    Good ko though

If the majority have it five-three, that's only one swing round away from a drawn card.

Didn't the Showtime scoring correspond to the judges' scoring? It was a sloppy fight that was hard to score. I wouldn't have a problem with either fighter being ahead by a couple of rounds.

Which is fine. It was close. Wilder up big were bad scorecards and it's becoming way too common in Haymon heavyweight fights

Of the 8 rounds 4 were fairly close IMO, the other 4 were 2-2 clearly for each IMO. It is quite easy to get 6-2 either way. I had it 4-4.
I don't think some of you understand the difference of scoring two rounds the other way.

Wilder was ahead because he was ahead... the Wilder hate on ESB makes people biased.

All you need to read is someone saying Wilder was on ***** street in the RBR in a round where none of those shots landed on Wilder. People just want to think Wilder is getting rocked when he's not.. because he has before.

So people give Spzilka credit for punches that were blocked.. in the end Spzilka got laid out... and before that was getting beat up, had his head snapped multiple times and had to change his gameplan.

No ****ing way Spzilka was winning that fight.

Just because a guy does better than expected doesn't mean he get's some kinda judging extra credit.

    Had it 3-2 after 5

Felt Wilder won 2 or 3 more Szpilka may have stole the 7th

From near the ring Wilders shots were easy to call, every time Wilder landed the sweat flew off Arturs head

A lot of what we thought Szpilka connected on we saw didn't during replays

Lol at Brits complaining about those scorecards when their boy DeGale(another Haymon fighter) got the benefit of the doubt in his last two fights.

Idk watched it again and it's still EXTREMELY close to me. Rounds 1 a d 8 could go either way. Rounds 4,5 and 6 for Wilder and rounds 2,3 and 7 for Szpilka. If you give the benefit of the doubt the champ in the two very close rounds then you have wilder up by two rounds if you have it the other way then it's Szpilka up by two. You could also split the rounds and have a tie, or give one even round and a round for one of the fighters having that fighter up by one round. In any case really close until Wilder closed it out. But I don't understand the controversy.

Two of the ringside idiots had it 6-2 Wilder. Even by your reckoning, giving Wilder two close rounds on benefit of doubt alone, the most they could have had it was 5-3 Wilder. Too bad Wlad is not a US fighter.

Yeah I noticed that, also that guy farhood didn't even give Szpilka the 7th which is clearly his round. I guess if you do that you can get to 6-2 but again it was a clear round for the pole. I think they have to re-watch the seventh.
