    Punch out drills:

And do them in short intervals, maybe 30-60 sec rounds, 30-60 sec rests:

Since you're training at home presumably by yourself, you can start combining exercises and do circuit training.

    Like rounds of:
    - 10 burpees
    - x200 jump rope
    - 30 sec punch out drills on the heavy bag
    - 10 pull ups
    - followed by a rest period.

If you have a barbell or dumbbells at home, you can add several reps of squats, power cleans, power snatches, squat thrusts, push presses, high pulls, etc.

Play around with it, and adjust your workout as you get better conditioned.

You can always checkout similar training videos on youtube if you want more ideas.

This way, once you're in the gym with training partners available, you can focus solely on doing sparring and pad drills.

I wouldn't advise pad drills for stamina, pad drills should focus on correct technique, and the boxer improves incorporating speed and strength.
Pad drills where the point is maximum volume of punches don't teach anything.

You want to know the best way to improve your stamina without having to even improve your fitness? Relax and have confidence in yourself. Improve your skills and that will happen.
