Right now Fury has much more experience against better opposition than Price, despite being years younger. Price is with Maloney and he just is not active enough fighting too many Bums or Dallas at a days notice. Fury is Britains most improved fighter this year so at the moment I go Fury.
Fury by a mile at this point. Not saying Price won't get better, though. Not sure why all the Fury hate. 23 years old, 6'9, developing a very good jab, throws combs, goes to the body with power, and has demonstrated both a good chin and character in 4 tough fights against good competition (McDermottx2, Chisora, Firtha). And yet, the usual suspects were talking the ussual nonsense today: "Fury almost got knocked out...the ref saved Fury..."
I think we know it would end with them teeing off on each other we know tyson can take a dig, but can price?
Fury is a good talent. Put Price would spark him out, if that fat little american could wobble Tyson that easily just imagine what Price's right hand would do!
Tyson has never boxed anybody in the Pro's who has anywhere near the power of Price. Fury's chin is decent enough, like you say we havn't seen Priceys chin tested, we will in november though no doubt John Mcdermott will test him.
Price is getting moved nicely, he will be getting tougher sparring than contests...:yep They know what they are doing with him, in 2 years he will have a World Title...:deal
good Btw the shot that hurt Fury was a nice one and Fury turning onto it. His got a decent chin but takes to many silly risks at times and i do worry about him against Price because way he defends the right hand or lack of defence to it due to trying to stop it at source. What impresses me about Tyson is the way he recovers very quick and also gets back to plan very quickly for such a young fighter.
Pricey is WITHOUT DOUBT the future of the division! No one will even come close in this country.. You'll see that when he stops Big John inside a few painful rounds..
Fury will batter Price, who looked poor in some of his fights against journeymen and has sparked only complete no hopers. Fury has shown much more IMO. I reckon he'll get in close, stunt Prices range, and can brave it if Price does pull a bomb out, which he doesn't always do if we're honest.
Yep, I see same the fact Fury has a pretty damn decent inside game and can have a tear up when it's needed. He's had few gutchecks and knows what it takes to get the job done. If he works on defending the right hand and limit's the silly risks he takes against Price i see him winning.
