    Whether Jack responds to your cyber-suckjob I don't know, but I do know that I've never seen someone crawl around begging for friends more on here.

    Wards actual resume may not be as deep as frochs but he has dominated in a way that most can not and havent against a top 3/4 SMW.

    Kessler is a proven fighter at the weight beating many world champions albeit most of these were a few year ago but they stanbd the test of time.

    Froch has struggled alot in his biggest fights, and that has to be considered when ranking the tiop dogs of the division.

    Bute may have the skillsbut lacks the resume for the most part to be in consideration for a top three spot.

    I rate Ward ability-wise, and expect him to beat Froch, but right now I do find it problematic ranking Ward higher than Froch at smw... and I don't even consider Dirrell as a win for Froch, as I think Dirrell pretty clearly won the fight.

    But Froch has beaten Abraham, Taylor and Pascal, whereas Ward has only beaten Kessler, if we are talking about top-level wins. No matter which way you look at it, Froch is the more proven fighter right now.

    The criteria i have used regarding ward is, he dominated the divisions best at that time by a wide enough margin IIRC, similar trend for his other big fights if that is what you wish to call them.

    Yet Froch struggled with him (kessler).

    I can remember the fight vividly but wasnt taylor winning the fight until he got knocked out?

    He struggled with Pascal who is good but not the caliber to be ranked as a great win for him, i say this because at the time of their match he was green which further takes away the credibility of frochs top resume.

    Ward, even though he has the weakest resume, the way he fought against Kessler was more convincing than Froch, and if he fought Froch, I am very confident he could do a similar job.

    Exactly. Ward is the nr 1 guy in the division. He was supposed to fight Dirrell but had to settle with Bika, who is a superb boxer and one of the best in the division.

    I really can see both sides of the argument for who should be ranked higher just now between Ward and Froch.

    good point but the closeness of the win against froch's resume over the last 2 years puts him clearly ahead in my book

    Yep, good point. Can't argue with that.

    I actually think that Froch would crush Kessler in a rematch. I still can't believe he lost to him.

    The three fights Kessler fought between Calzaghe and Ward was against two c-class fighters (Haussler and Perdomo). Sartison is at least b-class.

    Sartison's resume doesn't merit "at least" B-level at this point in his career. I suppose an argument could be made for B-level, but to insinuate he may be an A-class fighter at the moment is silly. Who has he beaten to merit that???
