I'd say due to attrition probably Pacquiao, But Floy'd's inactivity/Actual in-ring absence evens them out.

    So I say =
I still claim a fight between the 2 would stink out the arena even worse than last nights affair.

Floyds inactivity keeps him fresh, he hasn't had the wars that Manny has, yet he keeps himself in stellar condition all the time.
At this rate, carefully picking his fights, Floyd can maintian a very high level for a few more years.

Floyd clearly. Look at the guy in the late 90's early 00's compared to now.

This is what im saying and its obvious,

its not fair that pacfans are not screaming retirement when shane did a good job at moving around [he wasnt gonna win] but manny didnt demolish him like how i originally thought he would or like how MANY thought he would

must give shane his credit and all this past prime bull**** is an EXCUSE which is very unfortunate, protect manny at all costs seems to be the goal here

    Compare this to Money Mayweather

Though Mayweather's reflexes are down, but his defense is better and his IQ is higher now

Neither, they have to look old in their next 2-3 fights to say that their form is on the decline.

Even if their form is declining they can still be champions.

If Floyd would actually fight, we would be able to see more conclusively if he is declining or not.

I watech Floyd Vs Gatti on Classics last night and it is remarkable how much less movement he has compared to the Mosley fight.

    But Gatti is no Mosley.
